Meet Coach Ruqayyah

I didn’t start as a coach. My first introduction to coaching was as a client myself. I hired a coach and worked with her for six months, and it completely changed my life. She empowered me to step out of victimhood and make the changes I needed to make. After that life-altering experience, I knew I wanted to bring the same kind of transformation to others — so I pursued certification as a Life Coach.

For 14 years, I also worked hands-on with thousands of clients as a neuromuscular therapist — helping them find relief from pain they thought they’d have forever. What I discovered was that the body always tells a story. Underneath the knots and migraines were women carrying stress, trauma, and survival patterns that no amount of massage could erase.

That’s when I began integrating coaching. First with my migraine clients, then with business owners, and now with women who, like you, are ready to stop reverting back and actually live the life they’ve been working toward.

Over the years I’ve collected a lot of certifications — not because letters after my name impress me, but because I’m a problem-solver at heart. Every time I encountered a client I couldn’t fully help, I went and learned the missing piece. The more I studied, the more tools I gained, and the more I developed my own approach to what actually creates results. There is no one-size-fits-all solution. Having a wide toolkit means I can meet you where you are, and help you find the strategies that work specifically for you.
